Manross concedes Scottsdale mayors race
Comments | RecommendScottsdale Councilman Jim Lane will be the next mayor of Scottsdale. Mayor Mary Manross issued a statement this afternoon conceding the race to Lane, whom she trails by more than 500 votes.
